No it doesn’t taste like grass!
First off, I am not an “avid smoothie drinker”. I don’t replace meals with juices or smoothies. I have a huge appetite, so trying to switch out a meal for a smoothie doesn’t work best for me.
That being said, I do however enjoy a smoothie now and then for a snack. This green one is wonderful if you feel sluggish and are craving something refreshing. Possibly after a night of eating a few too many treats – hehe
To create this bowl you need:
1/2 a frozen banana
1/2 cup of frozen pineapple
1/2 cup of spinach
1 cup of coconut water
5 ice cubes
Optional- a green powder such as the Tropeaka “Alkaline Greens”
Blend and top with any fresh fruits, seeds, powders, or anything your heart desires!
