First Time Butternut Squash Soup 

I have been trying to embrace fall by preparing warm, cozy meals with fall harvest foods. Being at home with the little one in the day has allowed me the time needed to prepare these slower-cooking meals. 

I have always wanted to try making a puréed soup of some sorts, but it always seemed daunting with all of its many procedures and decadent result. So here we have it; by puréeing cooked butternut squash, carrots, apple, onion and garlic-along with coconut milk, chicken stock, curry spices and maple syrup, my first puréed soup!
